🚀 About the Role: AI Engineer / Researcher

We're looking for an AI Engineer / Researcher who’s excited to work on cutting-edge agentic systems and on-device LLM workflows. You'll be one of the first hires on a fast-moving team focused on deeply practical AI — not just papers or toy demos.

🧭 Focus Areas

• Improving the performance and reliability of on-device AI job agents (via Ollama, llama.cpp, etc.)
• Integrating resume + job post understanding using embedding models, CLIP, and search pipelines
• Optimizing prompt engineering + multi-model orchestration (4B, 7B, 13B)
• Building safe fallback logic for hallucination-prone generations
• Working closely with the founding team to ship daily

✅ Ideal Experience

• 5 years experience with open-source LLMs (Mistral, LLaMA, Mixtral, Phi-2, etc.)
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom RAG systems
• Comfortable with multi-process orchestration and low-latency async pipelines
